Profit Split Breakdown – How You Earn
At Trenderz Logistics, we keep earning simple and transparent. Here’s how our 50/50 profit split works for unloading and loading services:
1. Company & Team Share
Company: Keeps 50% of the total customer payment.
Team Members: The remaining 50% is split among the workers assigned to the job (maximum of 2 people).
2. Individual Earnings Example
Two Workers: Each gets 25% of the total customer payment.
One Worker: Takes the full 50% of the total customer payment.
