Trenderz Logistics LLC – Freight Dispatch Disclaimer

Trenderz Logistics LLC (“Trenderz Logistics,” “We,” or “Our”) operates strictly as a freight dispatch service. We are not a licensed freight broker, motor carrier, or employer. This disclaimer governs our relationship with carriers, brokers, and any parties engaging with us for freight-related services. By utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Dispatch Service Scope

Trenderz Logistics provides administrative support including:

Load sourcing
Rate negotiation
Broker communication
Carrier onboarding assistance

We do not take possession of freight, issue Bills of Lading, or assume responsibility for shipments. We are a third-party logistics liaison only.

2. Carrier Independence & Compliance

All carriers and owner-operators we work with are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Trenderz Logistics. Each Carrier must maintain:

Active USDOT and MC authority
Liability and cargo insurance
Full FMCSA compliance
Valid HOS tracking and safety protocols

Carriers are solely responsible for their own equipment, drivers, permits, operations, and legal obligations.

3. Broker Engagement

Brokers who engage with drivers dispatched by Trenderz Logistics acknowledge:

Trenderz Logistics is not a broker and does not contract loads
You are contracting directly with the Carrier
We do not guarantee performance, delivery, or cargo outcomes
We do not assume liability for accidents, delays, damages, or claims

We support documentation exchanges but do not enter formal transportation contracts.

4. No Liability for Freight or Delivery Outcomes

Trenderz Logistics assumes no responsibility for:

Cargo damage or theft
Missed delivery windows
Injuries, vehicle breakdowns, or legal violations
Claims between brokers and carriers

Once a load is booked, all risk and responsibility lie with the Carrier.

5. Dispatch Fees & Payment Terms

Our dispatch fee is 15%, taken from the load payout after the Carrier receives payment.

Carriers retain 85% of the load revenue
Trenderz Logistics may ask brokers about factoring, but we do not guarantee payment timelines
Factoring, if used, must be arranged by the Carrier or through our factoring referral if offered

We do not handle broker payments or collections.

6. Carrier Documentation & Broker Onboarding

Upon request, we provide standard carrier documents, including:

W-9
MC/DOT numbers
COI (Certificate of Insurance)
Carrier Packet

We assist with broker onboarding but do not sign carrier contracts or rate confirmations on behalf of drivers.

7. No Employment, Partnership, or Broker Relationship

Nothing in this disclaimer creates:

An employment agreement
A partnership or joint venture
A broker-carrier contract
A legal representation role

Trenderz Logistics is an independent dispatch support service and is not legally liable for operational outcomes.

8. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

By using our services, all parties acknowledge that Trenderz Logistics:

Is not responsible for financial loss, operational failure, or legal issues
Is not liable for disputes, claims, or litigation involving freight, carriers, or brokers
Must be indemnified and held harmless against any damages or liabilities arising from your operations

9. Advance Requests Disclaimer

Carriers may request monetary advances under the following conditions:

Advances must be paid back in full with the 15% dispatch fee added for the load the advance is tied to.
Carrier must be on an active load either dispatched from or assigned to be managed by Trenderz Logistics.
To request an advance for equipment rental, the Carrier must have completed 2 loads with Trenderz Logistics.
To request an advance for gas or overnight stays, the Carrier must have completed 5 loads.
All advances are interest-free.
Approval is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

By requesting an advance, the Carrier agrees to repay the amount as outlined above and authorizes Trenderz Logistics to deduct repayment from any future earnings.

10. Agreement to Terms

By booking loads, dispatching freight, or engaging with Trenderz Logistics in any capacity, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our dispatch services.

General Service Disclaimer

Trenderz Logistics provides safe, reliable, and efficient loading and unloading services for cargo vans, sprinter vans, box trucks, semis, and trailers. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, access issues, or incorrect information provided by the client. Clients must share all special requirements (stairs, tight access, assembly, etc.) before booking.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon payment via website.
All extra services and add-on fees will be charged in addition to the base service rate.
Any claim for damage must be made in writing within 24 hours of service completion.

Handler Availability & Refund Policy

When you book, it is not guaranteed that a handler will be available for your requested time slot.
If we cannot secure a handler within 24 hours of your scheduled booking, you will receive an automatic full refund to your original payment method.
We strongly encourage booking at least 1 day in advance to increase the chance of handler availability.

Add-On Services & Fees

Add-on fees apply in addition to the base rate and are charged if these conditions apply to your service:

Extra Worker (+$50)
Equipment Fee (+$25)
No Dock / Tight Access (+$50)
Stairs / Upper Floors (+$50)
After-Hours Service (+$50)
Same-Day Booking (+$75)
Over 2 Hours Labor (+$25/hr)
Assembly / Disassembly (+$50)
Trash / Disposal Haul Away (+$100)

Contractor (Handler) Disclaimer

By accepting a job, the handler agrees they are an independent contractor, not an employee of Trenderz Logistics. Handlers must follow all safety procedures and report any incidents immediately. Handlers are responsible for their own insurance unless otherwise covered by a separate written agreement.
