We’re building a high-performing team of dispatchers to manage our growing fleet of carriers. Ideal candidates:
Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Communicate clearly with carriers and brokers
Comfortable using tech (load boards, Slack, tracking apps)
Motivated by performance-based earnings
No trucking experience? No problem — we train you to succeed.
How It Works
As a dispatcher, you connect carriers with loads, track shipments, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Your Role:
Assign and manage loads for your carriers
Track hours and location via our tools
Communicate updates with carriers and brokers
Earn commission based on the loads you manage
Each dispatcher typically manages 3–5 carriers — more carriers = more earning potential.
Earnings & Profit Split
We reward results: the harder you work, the more you earn.
Commission: 7.5% of total load value per dispatched load
Threshold: Must generate $300+ in total commission per pay period to activate commission pay
Flat Pay: $300 minimum if commission threshold is not met
Trial Period: 2–3 weeks to prove your performance
Uncapped Commission with weekly bonuses
Example: Dispatch $5,000 in loads → $375 commission in a week
Example: Dispatch $15,000 in loads → $1,125 commission in a week
