Profit Split Breakdown – How You Earn
At Trenderz Logistics, we operate on a simple and transparent hybrid profit-sharing models:
Percentage-Based Model
90% Carrier Payout:
You keep 90% of the total load revenue. This is paid to you after the broker or shipper pays for the load.10% Dispatch Fee:
We retain 10% of the total load revenue as our dispatch fee. This covers:Load sourcing and negotiation
Paperwork and compliance management
Communication with brokers/shippers
Tracking and support throughout the trip
Earn more, stress less. We take 10% of your load after you get paid and handle everything from start to finish—so if you make $2,000–$5,000/week, you keep $1,800–$4,500. You drive, we take care of the rest.
Tiered Flat Fee Model
Perfect for smaller or predictable loads. Your flat fee is based on the gross load amount:
$250 – $499: $50 flat fee — small or local loads
$500 – $999: $75 flat fee — medium loads
$1,000 – $1,499: $125 flat fee — larger loads
$1,500 – $1,999: $150 flat fee — OTR or high-value local loads
Maximize your take-home pay. With our flat fee tiered model, if you make $2,000–$5,000/week, you’d pay just $50–$150 per load depending on size—so you keep $1,850–$4,850. You get paid first, we handle the load, and you focus on driving, not headaches.
