Overview:
Transport freight safely and efficiently between locations for our clients. Contractors are responsible for timely deliveries while maintaining the integrity of goods.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver freight according to assigned routes and schedules.
Inspect and secure loads to prevent damage during transit.
Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and clients.
Report any issues, delays, or damages immediately.
Requirements:
Valid CDL (if required for vehicle type) and proper licensing.
Active MC# & DOT#
Commercial Auto Insurance ($100k Cargo/1M Liability)
Ability to lift and secure items up to 50 lbs (or heavier depending on freight type).
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
Clean driving record and adherence to traffic laws.
Pay: Carriers earn 85% of the rate per load. Exact pay depends on load size and route.

At Trenderz Logistics, we operate on a simple and transparent profit-sharing model:
85% Carrier Payout:
You keep 85% of the total load revenue. This is paid to you after the broker or shipper pays for the load.15% Dispatch Fee:
We retain 15% of the total load revenue as our dispatch fee. This covers:Load sourcing and negotiation
Paperwork and compliance management
Communication with brokers/shippers
Tracking and support throughout the trip
